Current Open Positions

Current employment opportunities can be viewed here. These open positions may be on a Lux corporate position or, more frequently, on a government contract. The timeline for government contract positions is often compressed. When Lux wins a contract the available positions can open and close quickly, and the employment start date is often very soon after the offer is made. Therefore, it is important to add yourself to a talent pool so you don’t miss an opportunity (see below).

Ongoing Recruitment In Practice Areas

Lux is actively building a talent pool in each of our five practice areas. As a government contractor, we often engage individuals with specific skills or experience at an agency on a consultancy basis to help us pursue contracts. Also, when we win contracts we notify and invite those in the relevant talent pool to submit an application for positions that have opened as a result of the win. To add yourself to one or more of our talent pools, complete a very short form and upload your resume here. Learn more about our six services:

Whether you sign on for a summer internship or a co-op during the academic year, you’ll be working on critical projects.
